Worked well at first, then stopped working. User manual cannot be accessed without registration but registration is buggy and complicated. You have to wait for them to choose a username and password for you. Basically, these guys dont have their customers in mind.

Purchased the all bundle but does not work with IOS9. Been email their customer support and all they say is they are working on an update. Pretty weak, spent $50 on something I cannot use. I have other FX apps that work perfectly fine with IOS9. Ive asked for a refund with no luck. Id just stay away from this one.

I downloaded the free version on my iPhone 6+. I was able to set up the app and use it with my guitar within just a few minutes. I was able to play the guitar through the phone just fine, but neither of the two stompboxes would change the sound, regardless of the settings. I did find a couple of issues pretty quickly. First, when you purchase an upgrade, to get ALL of what you paid for, you have to register the software with the vendor. Otherwise you wont get the distortion pedal, which I suspect everyone will want. Second, you have to plug everything in to the bottom of the iPhone. This software only works in portrait mode, so you cant use an iPhone stand with this software unless you can read sideways. This app is being deleted from my phone. Not a customer friendly company.

I already had this app when it first came out. It had four tracks to start with. So I get my new phone and now I have to buy a upgrade pack to get more than one track, mind you its $26.99. Ok so I buy it cause it comes loaded with all these other goodies so when I go to purchase it, it never loaded after I bought it..... I go to refresh my purchases.... Nothing there!

I love this app, but I cant purchase the new acoustic stomp pedal, the OCD pedal, the new bass amp, or pretty much any of the ones mentioned in the latest update. They dont display the price, and if you click on it, it just loads and nothing happens. Please fix this. I really want to try out some of the new features!

Several attempts to restore my purchase, come up with a pop-up "successfully restore your products" but I got no previous purchases come back.

Ive had this app on many devices and it always sounded great for the most part cause nothing can compare to the feel and sound of a real amp. But ever since the new update it sounds way off and fuzzy even in tune it sounds out of tune very disappointed

If youve purchased anything and you update. Oh sorry your purchases arent compatible with update. They will allow to to repurchase items as long as you buy them again. Nice how about a warning?

This app does not work with previous versions of iRig and sounds bad even when I use the new one. Please fix or take this app down.

Not sure what others are complaining about. Have used this since the beginning. Restore purchases worked first try. Sounds great after adjusting input and output levels. So fun to put your phone in your pocket, throw on the headphones and jam along to music. Totally fantastic. I find the modeling to be very good for my non pro use. Highly recommend.

Downloaded it because I got the iRig 2 but you only get two free amps and two free mics. You have to pay for anything else. For this, it gets removed.

Youll wait forever for this app to download. I mean hours! Ive never seen an app take that long ever. I believe its a way of forcing you to buy it. Because if you try to get the app for free (after spending $35.00 for a tiny plastic interface) the manufacturers are going to want to sell you their apps as well. So if you buy the guitar interface and expect to simply download the app and play - think again. You might wait over 2 hours for the app to load - if not longer. There is absolutely no reason for this.

You buy an irig 2 and then you have to buy the software to run it. The free version does not support bass.

Im a bassist just wanting to jam with the iRig2 and I can hear audio output of the drum tracks but the interface doesnt even pick up my bass... This is a worthless app and a worthless product. Completely upset by this purchase.

Great tool once you figure out the best settings for your sound. If you want to play along to a song, this app is great. Anything else, and it is a series of frustrations trying to figure out the best settings. Biggest disappointment is the lack of Bluetooth. You would think by now, they would have figured this out.
